The City of Waurika is now accepting applications for the position of Municipal Court Clerk

The Municipal Court Clerk shall serve as the clerk for the Waurika Police Department. The duties of Court Clerk’s are entering all traffic and non-traffic related citations into the court software, maintain all actions and filings, payments plans, judge correspondence, etc.  The Court Clerk will be required to perform duties not related to his/her position as Court Clerk, including but not limited to starting utility accounts, selling permits, taking payments and other general daily operating procedures. The Court Clerk must be able to multi-task, work well with the public, have good phone etiquette, be organized, have computer skills including Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn other software as needed. Candidate must be bondable. This position comes with an excellent benefit package including paid holidays, health, dental and life insurance, retirement, and Aflac.
