Job Posting City Clerk/Court Clerk

The City Clerk shall serve as the clerk for the council, preparing for and keeping the minutes of the council meetings. The City Clerk also keeps all records of the City of Waurika, including all ordinances and resolutions passed by the council.  The City Clerk will be required to file and maintain all records with the County may be employed by the city to perform duties not related to his/her position as City Clerk, including the position of Municipal Court Clerk. The ability to multi-task, organization skills and computer skills (Word, Excel) are a must.  Candidate must be able to pass a background check and be bondable.  This position is open until filled.
